A simple to install, very popular stainless wire balustrade kit for fixing between timber posts. Suitable for flat sections or angled (such as stairs).
The extra bottlescrew helps create more tension, thus this kit is suitable for longer runs such as 10 metres or over.
For fixing long timber runs, this kit features 2x Jaw & Swage Rigging Screw Turnbuckles 1/8" (3.2mm) and 2qty M6 x 60mm Lag Eye Screws at each end.
Perfect to use with our 3.2mm 7x7 and 1x19 wire rope
All in stainless steel 316. These fittings require hydraulic swaging.
You can use a hydraulic swaging machine or a hydraulic hand swaging tool.
The stainless swage terminals create a neat, streamlined wire rope run.
It's recommended to use a purpose built lag eye screw driver bit to easily drive the lag eye screws into your timber posts (pre-drilling recommended).
Also recommended is the multi tool spanner to simply and easily adjust the tensioners.
